Renaissance Phoenix Downtown Hotel

The hotel's staff was thorough, was willing to help with any request.

The stay was relaxing. Unbeatable location, functional rooms, perfect beds. European style hotel with comfortable furniture in the rooms. Having different hot drinks in the Irish bar was a very nice touch.

Our favorite hotel in Phoenix, staff was highly professional. We loved the facilities offered by this excellent modern property. Immaculately clean hotel and friendly service.

It was an excellent base for our good stay. Loved staff and service, comfy beds, the hotel itself was neat. Lots of supplies in the room: a safe, a refrigerator and a seating area. Easy check-in, late check-out...

We really loved this hotel, including its WONDERFUL location and staff. Vegan House, where you can eat, is just a walk down to the venue. The bed was comfortable, and it was convenient to have coffee and tea making equipment, and a fridge. Their valet rocks!

Worth its 5 stars. Satisfied with the hotel, it's a superb base for staying in Phoenix. So close to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. Its staff was accommodating & friendly. Price of our room was US $ 164. Furthermore, it was great to have Wi Fi.

It's not their fault, but the street was noisy.

the bed was comfortable, and the staff was professional. we visited patriots square park that was close to the hotel. rooms were quiet, they met what we needed. camelback east district is a good choice and absolutely worth visiting.
